I am a licensed Notary of the State of Maryland sworn in and bound by the laws of the Secretary of State. I am also a member of National Notary Association.
What I do
I provide notary services within the State of Maryland. The state requires that you present proper legal state or federal identification.
I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in any state including Maryland. I am not allowed to draft legal records or documents. I am not allowed to give legal advice on any legal matters including immigration, or charge any fees related to these activities. You should consult an attorney or professional about any questions you have or any lack of clarity in your document(s).
Fee Schedule
Notarial Act: $4 per page (Cash and Zelle Payments)
Electronic Payment: As per bank fee $1and up (TBD)
Travel: $.59 per mile (per IRS) From Forestville, Maryland
Hourly Rate: TBD for longer scheduled notarial acts requiring longer
time periods such as wills, probate, estates, home
loans, closings, title, insurance, tax sessions, etc.
